Talk to your MEP about Trade Justice

The European Parliament elections are just around the corner and MEP candidates could come knocking at your door any day now! This is a key opportunity to put our opposition to Europe's trade deals on the political agenda and to help bring about a fairer approach to Europe's trade with poor countries.

Comhlámh has created an MEP lobby pack to help you to lobby your candidates for the European Parliament about Europe's unfair trade deals.

This pack contains a guide providing lobbying advice and background information on Europe's unfair trade deals, as well as other resources to help you, the MEP candidate pledge which you will be urging them to sign. A template letter to write to your MEP and press release to publicise their support to the local media are also available separately to download and edit below.
